Eight workflows take a job from enquiry email to chased invoice.
Everything below runs live in your browser on real job data. Press play and watch a bathroom refit enquiry set itself up across Monday, Slack and Dropbox — then take over the approval queue yourself and decide what actually gets sent.
Job set up in 41 seconds, 0 minutes of anyone's time.
An enquiry lands at 8:42 on a Friday morning. Nobody opens it. By the time someone does, the job already exists everywhere it needs to exist.

ops@northsider.com.auHi mate,
Following on from our chat outside the footy — we're finally ready to get moving on the bathroom at 12 Smith Street Collingwood. It's the main one upstairs, the ensuite is fine, leave that alone.
Basically we want the whole lot ripped out. Tiles, vanity, the old cast iron bath which probably weighs a tonne, shower screen, all of it. Then new everything. Sarah wants a freestanding bath if it fits, otherwise we'll do a big walk-in shower — she's still going back and forth on that one honestly.
I've stuck some photos on here from the weekend so you can see the state of it. There's a bit of water damage in the corner near the window which I'm guessing is not great news.
No massive rush but we'd like it done before Christmas if that's realistic. Can you come have a look and give us a price? I'm around most afternoons after 2.
Cheers
Dave

New enquiry came in this morning and I've set it up.
J-1042 — 12 Smith Street, Collingwood VIC 3066
Bathroom strip-out and full refit, main upstairs bathroom. Client is Dave Whitmore, best reached afternoons after 2. Wants it done before Christmas.
Two things to watch: the bath is cast iron so budget for the lift, and Dave's flagged possible water damage near the window. Fixture spec isn't settled — freestanding bath or walk-in shower, they're still deciding.

Job files
Dropbox · Kanova JobsNobody read the email. Nobody typed an address twice. Nobody created a channel, made a folder or renamed a photo. The first human contact with this job will be Priya opening Slack at 9am to a fully built job file — and the only thing left for her to do is the thing she's actually paid for: price it.
At 6 enquiries a week that's roughly two hours of admin a week handed back — and every job set up identically, whether it lands at 8:42am or 11pm on a Sunday.
The follow-ups draft themselves. You still press send.
This is the half people get nervous about, so it's built the other way round: nothing leaves the building without a human click. Workflows 7 and 8 watch quote dates and invoice due dates, write the follow-up with the real job detail in it, and drop it into an approval queue in Slack. Try it — the buttons below are live.
